The Company was incorporated in 1989 with its main line of business as Landscaping and Horticulture then later Real Estate development.

The company is registered with 10 million ordinary shares of no par value.

Awards

In just five years of including building construction in its activities, the company has achieved two (2) major awards in the industry which are

SILVER AWARD - This was given at the 2nd Ghana Business and Financial Services Excellence Awards in 2009.
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPER OF THE YEAR (MASS HOUSING) - This was given at the Ghana Property Awards, 2010.

The CEO Mr. Eric Ebo Acquah was conferred with a Noble's Award for his leadership.

Social Responsibilities

As part of its social responsibility to the community the company finds itself in, on Farmers' Day in December, 2010 and 2011, the company presented Five (5) Wheel barrows and Five (5) Mattocks to the Awutu Senya District Assembly where some of the company's sites are located. Also in January 2011 and 2012, the company presented gift items comprising bags of rice, vegetable oil, cartons of key soap, bags of powdered detergents and some clothes to the Awutu Prison Settlement Camp.

Future Goal Marks and Targets

The future goal of the company which is for the next three years is to construct and sell a total of Five Hundred (500) houses in this period.

We intend on maintaining what makes up our existing target markets for this goal.
